Juices & Drinks: the buying guide
Read "fruit content" on the pack: 100% juice, then nectar (25 to 50% fruit), then "fruit drink" (as low as 10%). A 1 litre tetra pack lasts a family two days once opened and must be refrigerated. Concentrates and squashes stretch far further per rupee and keep for months. Check the FSSAI number and "best before"; a bulging pack is a spoiled pack. Buy the 6-pack when the whole family drinks juice.
